Transport Questions

John Leech MP questions minister Paul Clark

This morning I had question 9 for Transport Questions. I wanted to have another attempt at persuading the Minister, Paul Clark, to guarantee that there will be a compulsory driving ban for motorists found guilty of driving with a blood alcohol limit between the proposed new limit of 50mg and the existing limit of 80mg.

I blogged about this issue on 2nd March after the PACTS meeting, and I also raised the issue during the debate on motoring in Westminster Hall. Unfortunately Paul Clark is refusing to commit himself at the moment.

You can view the recorded clip of the question on democracy live here:
My question is 25.50 mins in.
